- it is if your mum is the CEO of a distruper BPO in
Rumania.
Alexandra fell into the
contact centre industry…. 15 years on she is going
strong!
She
learned to manage operational delivery and excellence through a
number of roles in the Ops space starting off as an agent,
progressing to Team leader, ops leader, call centre manager
learning from the best!
It
wasn’t always plain sailing for Alexandra! Being Mum’s daughter
brings its own challenges, Alexandra share candidly how she needed
to work hard to get judged on merit rather than connection.
