Today’s Leading Lady is Paula Kennedy Garica, Vice President of Concentrix, an award winning global outsourcing solutions provider.
Paula started her career in the contact centre world as Sales Manager in BTNI before moving into the outsourcing space and serving well known service providers such as Teleperformance, HCL, TeleTech, Sitel and now for the last 5.5 years with Concentrix. Today we chat about what is needed to make it to the top in an international firm… and it might not be what you think it is!
